Grant Gibson is a visionary entrepreneur and sustainability leader. He served as the Co-Founder and Chief Development Officer (CDO) of Synthica Energy. With a passion for renewable energy and waste-to-energy innovation, Grant was instrumental in driving Synthica Energy’s mission to develop advanced anaerobic digestion facilities and transform organic waste into renewable natural gas (RNG).
At Synthica Energy, Grant oversaw business development, strategic partnerships, and project growth. Under Grant’s leadership, Synthica expanded its footprint across key markets, forging collaborations with municipalities, industrial partners, and investors to implement large-scale waste repurposing solutions. Grant’s ability to align economic development with environmental stewardship was cornerstone of Synthica’s success.
Before co-founding Synthica Energy, Grant built an extensive career in oil and gas, renewable energy, waste management and agile team development, holding leadership roles that honed expertise in project financing, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement. Grant’s innovative approach to problem-solving and unwavering commitment to sustainability have earned recognition as a thought leader in the renewable energy sector.
